SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates and free shipping policy only apply to items shipped within the continental U.S.(shipping rates and free shipping do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is only available for ground shipping (not express shipping). Ground shipping includes UPS, FedEx and/or USPS priority mail. ---
--- Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A. is 3 to 4 business days. Items shipped from directly from the manufacturer may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Some chandeliers and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. Larger items will have to be shipped via freight; please order via this website and we will contact you with the charges, or email us at randy@livelywood.com for freight charge information. Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one of our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries. Express shipping is available for some in stock items. The delivery time for Express shipping is 3 business days from date of purchase. The cost for Express shipping is an additional $6.50 to $8.50 (in addition to the regular ground shipping fee). Express orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, UPS 3rd Day Select, or FedEx 3 day express depending on destination, package size and package weight. Free shipping promotional offers can not be used for express shipping orders. Express shipping is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S.A. Please contact us at randy@livelywood.com for express charges. ALASKA ORDERS CANADA ORDERS We do not collect duties, taxes and brokerage fees for Canada orders. These charges are not calculated during checkout and the recipient is responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and fees upon receipt of shipment. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. All credit card numbers for Canada orders are verified with the issuing bank before merchandise is shipped. FURNITURE DELIVERY The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit. The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. |
